AEODC needed a website that could effectively communicate the depth of its services while giving its projects the attention they deserved.
With a portfolio built around technical AEC and BIM projects, the website needed to do more than present information. It had to accurately represent complex project work, including CAD-based visuals, while maintaining a polished and professional experience for a global audience.

We designed a website that brings AEODC’s services, projects and wider areas of expertise together within one structured digital experience — creating a platform that not only showcases what AEODC does, but also supports its education, certification, knowledge-sharing and research initiatives.
SHEET 02 / CHALLENGES
AEODC’s projects contain highly technical information and detailed CAD-based visuals. One of the key requirements was ensuring these projects were represented accurately while still being presented in an engaging and easy-to-understand way. The design needed to respect the technical nature of the work without allowing complex information to overwhelm the overall user experience.
AEODC offers services across different areas of the AEC and BIM ecosystem. The website needed to organise these services clearly so visitors could quickly understand AEODC’s capabilities and explore the areas most relevant to them.
A large amount of technical project information can easily result in a website that feels dense or difficult to navigate. The challenge was to create a visual experience that made detailed content approachable while maintaining the professional character expected from an industry-focused organisation.
Beyond services and projects, AEODC’s website includes certificate creation and verification, CSR initiatives, knowledge resources, research reports and a Learning Hub. These different content types needed to fit naturally within the overall website structure rather than feeling like disconnected sections.
SHEET 03 / SOLUTION
We designed a structured website experience centred around AEODC’s services and project portfolio. The project presentation was given particular attention, with CAD images and technical project information incorporated into the design to ensure AEODC’s work could be showcased with the accuracy and detail expected by the client.
Services were organised into clear sections, allowing visitors to understand AEODC’s capabilities and move naturally from discovering a service to exploring relevant project work.
Enabling certificates to be created and their authenticity verified through the website.
A space for AEODC to share video-based knowledge and industry content.
Presenting research and project-related reports in an organised, accessible format.
A dedicated area for educational and learning-focused video content.
A dedicated space to communicate AEODC’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
The overall design brought these different experiences together while keeping the primary focus on AEODC’s services, expertise and project portfolio.

The result is a professional digital presence that gives AEODC a clearer and more engaging way to showcase its expertise, services and project work.
The website provides a dedicated platform for presenting detailed CAD-based projects with greater visual clarity, while also bringing AEODC’s broader initiatives — from certification and knowledge sharing to research, learning and CSR — into one cohesive experience.
